Nathan Pepling, a native of Virginia, has joined the Broadcasting team as a sophomore during the 2024-2025 school year. He has shown an interest in the Broadcasting course when he was a freshman in high school. His older brother, Aaron Pepling, also partakes in the broadcasting class. He runs the official score account for the sports at Indy, and has been for over a year.

Nathan Pepling really enjoys acting and being a part of the Theater program at Indy, and he likes to spend his time drawing and coloring. Outside of school, he invests his time with friends and family, and doing things that he really enjoys doing. His favorite thing about Independence High School is the vending machines, and that he is able to see his friends in his classes and during the lunch period. He really enjoys his time in Independence High School, and is really looking forward to this year in Broadcasting Journalism.

Nathan Pepling hopes to run the broadcasting news and anchor alongside some of our own anchors during this school year. He plans on taking broadcasting next year as well, and hopes to further push our content to the teachers and students of Indy.
