With Thanksgiving break coming up soon, people who celebrate are starting to plan out their Thanksgiving meals. Whether it’s turkey, ham, or even lasagna, it’s generally a tradition to make something big for the whole family to sit down together and eat. Though, it’s not easy or quick to do so. 

At home, you’ll most likely see one or both of your parents at the stove all day preparing the different dishes. It might get you thinking about how you can contribute and help them out. Sadly, your thoughts are shut down when you realize that you don’t know how to make anything.

Jessi Rettle, the gourmet foods teacher at Indy, offered to share easy recipes that anyone can make perfect for a Thanksgiving dish.
